Can't think of any pros.
Visa is actually not a tech company. If you're a developer, you might want to research the group you're about to join.
The culture in this company is harsh. In my group, I can say there are only two or three people who are really capable of doing stuff, and the others are just very good at office politics. No one cares if you're capable or not. The first thing you have to do is have your manager like you, period.
Also, the diversity in certain groups is zero. The director has a certain favoritism for a certain race (e.g., Indian) that takes up almost 80% of the whole group.
In conclusion, I can't feel I'm in a tech company at all. People care more about office political battles than real work.
The interview experience was good. They asked questions on DSA, SQL, Spring Boot, and behavioral topics. The difficulty level was medium, and if you are pretty good in coding, you will surely crack the interview. All the best to those reading this pa
I applied online. First, I received an online assessment, which I finished. Then, I had an HR screen with normal HR questions. They asked about my background and resume. They also introduced the job position and provided other details.
1. Online Assessment on basic coding skills 2. Technical interview on understanding of the programming language and review of online assessment performance 3. Managerial interview to understand your selection and expectations
