- Don't fall into the gimmick of the Cloud platform team and brand name of Visa.
- Avoid Operations and infra BU. Even internal employees don't want to join this BU.
- Too much politics. Higher management keeps on building something just to retain their jobs. No value added at all.
- You are just a resource to them and nothing else. No appreciation for good work.
- Bad leave policy.
- Not so good at pay and benefits.
