Work-life balance, new technologies.
None at all.
At the first interview, there was a technical assessment. The interviewer asked many fundamental questions about Java, and afterward, they wanted me to write code using abstract classes and interfaces. That was pretty challenging to solve.
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. Interview was very good. The interviewer asked the Leetcode: LRU Cache question and 1 React frontend question which involved making an API call and rendering the data on the UI.
Not very responsive and always hiring for the same position every other week. It feels like ghost jobs and not an actual opportunity. Had talked to one of their senior engineers for advice, but he tried to take that as an opportunity to hit on me.
