Pros

Good salary and timings. Timings are flexible.

Cons

The manager and team are the worst part. I have never seen these kinds of unprofessional people. He uses the worst management practices and fires people with no good reason. He has poor management skills. If he cannot handle the complete team at once, he will take the rest of them whose requirements are not fulfilled for granted and fire them. He wants to listen only to good things and shows poor treatment towards contractors. He doesn't want to listen to any concerns of contractors. Whatever mistakes happen by their team members will be pushed directly towards the contractors. He will hire a contractor to get the work done only to keep his and their folks' jobs safe. Once their jobs are safe, he will fire contractors. He always picks up the bad things rather than the good things about a contractor. He won't understand how much struggle they are going through to keep up the job. He will never appreciate your work. He is too controlling and moody. There is racism and discrimination between the team members. Every team member behaves immaturely.

Advice to Management

Management will never appreciate your hard work or proper behavior towards contractors.
