Stability, old familiar tech. Not much of reorganization.

1. Fruits are given on Tuesday every week, not daily.

2. Pathetic health insurance. To be fair, though, the amount you receive is dependent on your salary. So if your pay is low, you receive a low cap.

3. Some say the WLB is good; it is actually team dependent. My team, for example, has a very bad WLB. Everyone stays as late as they can. The 1 p.m. knock-off on Friday is also dependent on how your manager wants to do it. We still have meetings that end at 6 p.m. on Fridays.

4. Tech-wise, everyone has already pointed out that it is outdated.

5. Compensation is below the market. So don’t expect to find superstars in your team. They will be at companies that can pay much more to hire them, not here.

Nothing, they won’t change. Middle management just wants to exploit; upper management is too out of touch.
