A recruiter contacted me to schedule a phone interview. The job description for the interview was based on Java and web services. The interview consisted of approximately 5-10 questions. The duration of the interview was 20 minutes. The interview

I talked with my manager for 15 minutes on video chat, asking some questions back and forth. They asked personal questions to get a feel for who I was. My next interview will be technical, and the following one will be with two software engineers.

I applied online. First, I received an online assessment, which I finished. Then, I had an HR screen with normal HR questions. They asked about my background and resume. They also introduced the job position and provided other details.
