The team I am in has some of the best people I've ever worked with. Great team dynamics (partly thanks to the good manager).
Good work-life balance, good benefits, and flexible hours.
There are many good things about this company, but if you want people to believe Visa as a good tech company, there is so much left to be desired.
The overall engineering culture sucks. Code quality is generally bad; engineering processes and internal tools are old. But worst of all, a lot of engineers don't bother to make better efforts, leaving holes that later come back to bite others in the butt.
The coding assessment was the only part I was able to complete. The assessment had three questions: * One LeetCode Easy * Two LeetCode Medium Overall, it was doable.
The first step was an online coding assessment from Codesignal. The coding questions were not difficult, but the last question required the optimal solution to get full marks. I did not get an interview for the next step, despite having 3 out of 4 q
Had two technical interviews, back to back. Medium leet code problems. Not that hard. After received an email that they did not proceed with me, but had other manager internally interested in my profile.
