Good place to work in some departments
- Good vision and innovation.
- Good benefits, although base pay is way lesser.
- Decent flexibility of working hours and work-life balance.
- Lot of high-level politics.
- Smart people don't end up staying.
- Work doesn't get recognized.
- Some of the process overhead may get annoying.
- Compensation is way lower than market!
Please honor the employees rather than treating them as resources!
