Pros

Visa provided a lot of good opportunities and events for interns to learn more about the company, as well as gain more technical and soft skills through multiple workshops hosted by Visa executives.

They also provided travel benefits and housing, as well as a bunch of swag to interns, which was really nice.

Cons

The company and culture are a little slower-paced, which isn't a bad thing unless you want to work in a fast-paced start-up ecosystem.
