The interview process was smooth, and the recruiter provided feedback immediately after each round. There were 5 rounds in total:
It has been more than a month, but the offer has not yet been released. I followed up a couple of times, and each time I was told that we will meet your expectations and the offer will be released by tomorrow or this week. Meanwhile, I received another offer and am moving out from my current company next week. I have no hope that it will be released.
I am wondering why Walmart deliberately delays offers. Are they actually serious about hiring? This is very unprofessional, and companies need to understand that there is effort and time invested from both sides. Walmart has been a company of my dreams, but after this experience, I don't want to waste my time on such a company. I won't recommend it to any of my friends.
