Pros: Nothing I can think of.
Have a budget for any crazy projects. In the past two years, I have worked on three projects which were supposed to go to production but were later de-prioritized by the business.
Cons: Worst management. We need to keep on impressing managers to get a better rating.
Mangers only promote people who they think will give good ratings to them.
High team politics.
Upper management don't take any action on the reviews provided by the teams.
