I wasn't aware of this pathetic interview process. The interviewer was asking questions while being busy with his own work, as you could hear from the keyboard typing. I had to explain answers multiple times.
The interviewer, who appeared to be a junior developer, was conducting an interview for a senior role.
They seemed to have predetermined answers for specific questions and did not want to hear any other approaches to solutions.
