One of the worst interview procedures I have ever seen.

HR is pathetic. I don't want to name that person here.

Guys, know what you are hiring for first. Understand and talk to relevant people, at least within your teams or the tech managers.

Tech interviewers are even more pathetic. They don't know what they are asking, and the process is like zero.

Guys, please hire people who are willing to join and work hard. Don't hire someone who is just passing time.

I know you are selecting the wrong candidates. End of the day, you lose the right people.

People, this is a startup. Please think 100 times before you step in here.
