Pros: Good work-life balance if your manager is nice, and you can learn a lot if you are vocal.
Cons: A lot of processes do not make sense. While there could be a good work-life balance, sometimes you will be stuck in meetings and are forced to release code in late hours of the night, just because.

Pros: As a developer, I could work in a dynamic team. It was great, and I could develop my skills very well.
Cons: Too much bureaucracy, at a point you started to struggle. It was very painful to see devs/product teams trying their best to help the company go forward, while other teams like infosec, change, infrastructure, and sysadmins were pushing the company backwards, avoiding any kind of improvement that would impact their routine.
