I participated in the Glider assessment process as part of the hiring and internal evaluation procedure. This assessment included a combination of technical coding challenges, problem-solving questions, and scenario-based evaluations relevant to backend development and system design.

It was designed to measure both technical proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and related technologies, as well as my ability to approach complex problems methodically under time constraints.

Successfully completing this process not only validated my technical skills but also reinforced my capability to perform effectively in high-stakes evaluation environments.
