Pros: Life balance is great.

Cons: There are no cons till now.

Pros: Good employee benefits, including free food and cabs.

Cons: Micromanagement, no technical learning, and no growth. If your manager is bad, then your life is hell. There is no HR intervention. Working hours are crazy; you are expected to work 12 hours. If you don't, you are given the lowest rating, stating the reason that other people work late nights and on weekends.

Pros: If you are looking for free food and snacks, then you are most welcome to this company.

Cons: 1) Micro-management. You can see extremes here. Your DBA manager might check your emails anytime and will question you like, "What have you done from 11:30 to 12:00? I can see your email at 11:30 and another one at 12:00. What have you done in that half-hour gap?" 2) No wonder, apart from the reporting manager. Here, any FTE can screw up anytime, and you should be ready to answer any questions shot by an FTE. 3) Team party? Rather, you can call it an FTE's party. Get ready to accept work from them and sit back to spend extra long hours when these guys go for a party. Any more suggestions about our worst retail client ever are most welcome. 4) After all, if there is some scrap work pending to complete, don't worry, guys. We have our vendors to do it, and you should accept it without any questions.
