2 Tech + 1 HM + 1 HR
The first two rounds were easy and mostly focused on Java and algorithms.
The Hiring Manager round was primarily behavioral, focusing on how you deal in stressful situations and your skills as a team player.
The HR round was mostly about why you want to leave your old organization and your salary expectations.
Everything took two weeks to complete.
While all feedback was positive, I did not receive an offer letter after the HR round.
It has now been more than four weeks.
Questions
Mostly on Java threads and concurrency.
