Unprofessional experience!
1st round: Phone screening with recruiter.
2nd round: The interviewer called two hours later than the scheduled time.
3rd round onsite: After discussion with the hiring manager, I had to wait more than 30 minutes for the next interviewer to arrive. The cause of the delay was the interviewer being stuck in traffic. The next interviewer freaked me out with negative experiences working on that project, detailing how they had to work from early mornings to late nights, including weekends and holidays, how frustrating it was to coordinate with globally distributed teams, and how chaotic the work culture was. Honestly, my concern after the interview was: 'How am I going to work in such a place?'
