Software Engineer Interview Experience - Sunnyvale, California

Process

This has probably been the most unprofessional company I have interviewed with. I was invited to a hiring event and received an "interview pass" to jump forward to their onsite interviews in their Sunnyvale, CA location.

The recruiters seemed like they were in a rush to get candidates, so I provided them with my earliest availabilities within a two-week span. Luckily, I got the recruiter's email address, so I had been checking up on my status at least once a week, with no luck on scheduling.

One month later, I was referred to another scheduling person, and she gave me a tentative day with no further information about my interview (like what time my interview would be, or how long it would be, etc.). I've followed up with her twice, and she responded with the same reply: that she will get back to me when she has the information.

To make matters even worse, I'm not the only person who has faced this. Another friend of mine attended the same hiring event and also received an "interview pass" for an onsite interview. Both of us have been waiting for over a month now, and the recruiters are near non-responsive. Just absurd.

This is beyond unprofessional and makes me strongly question whether I'd even want to work for such an unorganized company.
