Process
The interviewer at Karat was so professional and enthusiastic! The interview process was very fluent, and the interviewer guided me through the whole process. The interviewer himself is a very experienced engineer. It was very good!

Good Perks, Foolish Management
Software Engineer • Former Employee
Bengaluru, Karnataka, India
August 2, 2017
Pros: Extremely good work-life balance, free food and transport services, annual gifts, quarterly team outings, and well-stocked pantries.
Cons: Management is a fool. They don't have any vision for upcoming projects. The work quality is very poor. Most of the teams at Walmart don't have much work on their plate, and on the contrary, they are hiring at a very high pace. The reason for this is high attrition. Currently, Walmart has an attrition of around 3 FTEs leaving every day.
