Pros: There are no pros at Walmart.
Cons: Before joining the company, they spoke about converting me to full-time. After 3 months, they interviewed me for full-time conversion, but after 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6 months, they didn't give me any feedback or decision.

Pros: Cab facility, free lunch, nice pantry, flexible working hours, team outings every quarter.
Cons: Calling people's managers as an engineering manager, there's no proper vision for the future, and not much learning from the project. Interview standards are going down due to the need to hire too many people. There's no proper roadmap, and work-life balance will be disturbed a lot during on-call time.
