I really like working here. Management and employees are nice, and I've made a lot of friends. The customers are generally nice; my store is in a small town, so there are friendly vibes. I'd recommend working at Walmart. The pay is pretty good too, at least where I live.
Not a lot of time off; it can be hard to get days off.
These are pretty basic questions. You'll tell them about your personality, your hobbies, and why you want to work there. You'll also describe how you feel when you see a Walmart employee. It's not that hard; just be friendly and be yourself.
The interview was very easy, and I was hired right away. They asked for availabilities immediately. HR was a little hard to deal with, but it was easy to get the job. It took a month or two to hear back after applying, though.
The phone interview and hiring process were quick. The manager was very conversational and talked about his personal interests. They were willing to work around my schedule.
