Tough place to work

Front End Associate

3.0
Pros
  • Benefits
  • Schedule flexibility
  • Store discount
  • Location convenience
Cons
  • Severely understaffed.
  • Some terrible front-end leads.
  • Never given time to do training videos. Was asked to sign off saying I did training that I hadn’t done (including safety).
  • Required to identify shoplifters without asset protection support. Customers yelled at me, called me racist, hit me, and more. My reward for catching over $2,000 in theft in one month? Nothing.
  • Refused to communicate to my teammates that someone in their group tested positive for COVID. I was told they didn’t want to “cause panic.” I resigned after the COVID issue. If they weren’t honest to my teammates about having COVID, then I know they weren’t telling me when other people tested positive.
