Good People, Low Pay
Get to see a lot of new faces, and some of them become regular customers over time.
Staff has good attitudes and is ready to work when we have it.
Pay is only $13 an hour. Pay would be good if we were staffed better, but most of the time we are not. Not saying this is for all stores, but at my store specifically, other departments within the store always take one of our people when they're understaffed. However, when we need someone from another department, no one is EVER available for our aid.
Better staffing upfront, or better pay (preferably $15 an hour).

The interview was very easy, and I was hired right away. They asked for availabilities immediately. HR was a little hard to deal with, but it was easy to get the job. It took a month or two to hear back after applying, though.
