Pros
  • Making new friends.
  • Chill and laid back.
  • Multiple different things to do, so nothing gets boring when you finally get in there.
  • Good pay and a good look on a resume for a first job.
  • Easier over time.
Cons
  • Snarky and rude customers.
  • Not everyone has good manners.
  • Not every co-worker is looking to be your friend.
  • Hard to get benefits for people with disabilities or life-threatening diseases/disorders.
Advice to Management

My best advice would definitely be: please look over who you're signing up for management roles. Some Team Leads can take their irritation out on you without it looking like they are. And some don't know how to do their jobs correctly.
