Learn a lot of different things. Create bonds with coworkers. Very flexible schedule for students.
Not ideal if you want to try to make a living. Customers can be harsh. The job can be mentally and physically exhausting. Working weekends is a must.

Front End Associate
The interview was easy. They asked basic questions about my skills, as well as my availability and whether I could work weekends. The interview was quick and in person.
Software Engineer III
A basic intro of your resume and questions related to the projects you have done. Then an algorithm question and a design pattern question. After the interview, the recruiter did not reply to my mails at all.
Project Engineer
The first interview was a phone screening. This was followed by an interview with two engineering managers. The second interview was with the director. Questions were straightforward, mainly focused on the resume and asked questions around that.
