Very few pros. The pay was okay. Some people I worked with were great.
No work-life balance. Make it impossible to get your W2 as an ex-employee. My store was very clearly poorly managed in such a way that the hours given out would be low, meaning operating purposefully understaffed and overworked. This way, the bonus for management would be higher.
Do not incentivize poor management practices, no matter how profitable.
Management should not be sitting in on a conference call talking about extracting the most work out of employees' lives without extra compensation, MyShare, or anything.
Sheisty, dirty company. Look up Walmart's "dead peasant insurance" situation.
I was called by a hiring manager first to learn about my experience and education. They discussed the sponsorship and salary range. After one week, I received a call from the Technical Lead, followed by an onsite behavioral round.
Boring. An 8-year-old could have interviewed me better.
Test (3 coding questions, 1 MCQ). A minimum of 2 questions must be correct to be shortlisted for the next rounds. 3 Technical Interviews The interviewers are very friendly and cool; they give us enough time to think. 1 HR round
