Pros

If you have a great team and a front-end coach, you may actually enjoy some days on the job.

Cons

Entitled customers.

Very low staff.

No support when calling for help.

Lowest paid team leads in the store.

Every customer will take their negative shopping experience out on you, since the front end faces are what they see last.

Supposed to be on a rotating four-week schedule with one full weekend off every month, but this doesn't happen.

Expected to cover other areas when coverage is low.

Must know how to juggle ten things at once while keeping your composure, even when dealing with "Karens".

You will be outside pushing carts if your cart pusher calls in and you have zero cashiers to spare, while expected to make sure your front end is running successfully.
