Good pay at the time, and it taught me more about money and how a business works. I also enjoyed working with my colleagues and became great friends with them.
Two big cons were scheduling and sometimes customers. For me, I've been scheduled for times when I would be at school and couldn't make it on time. I knew some people who would also only get 5 hours a week or even 60 hours a week, both full-time.
Most customers that made the experiences bad were the ones that tried to steal almost every day or would argue for the price of gum that's a few cents.
Try to fix the hours people are scheduled.
