The first interview was a phone screening. This was followed by an interview with two engineering managers. The second interview was with the director. Questions were straightforward, mainly focused on the resume and asked questions around that.

It's alright, but a little lengthy. Mostly behavior questions, nothing really technical that stood out to me. They seem like relatively stand-up people, but also a little out of touch with reality.

Be prepared for both technical and HR rounds. Use the STAR approach. Engage in friendly conversation with your interviewer, and get to know their work and experiences with the company.
