Good pay, great raises, great bonuses, and some advancement if you know the right people is easy.

Lots of drama, and lots of bosses hire women based on physical preferences. Most of the HR employees are fresh out of high school with no experience, except they knew someone or a manager was attracted to them. Again, if you are younger, you'll either have lots of fun or have lots of trouble staying out of drama. Even being quiet and avoiding anything but work (which is what you should be doing) still isn't enough to avoid being bullied or harassed and then taken to HR if you defend yourself. But that's the pay and those are the raises.

Make friends with the higher-ups, talk to them, flirt with them, and ask questions.
