Realize that your employees need to feel valued and quit sacrificing that to claim you are saving the customers money. You can't have both.
Your basic beliefs are: respect for the individual, service to the customer, strive for excellence, and employees are treated like children.

The interviewer did not introduce himself, nor was he showing himself up. He seemed forced to take up the interview and not attentive in the discussion. The process was fine. It was an online interview process.
