There have been a significant number of exits within the first year of joining the company. I somehow got my team changed, else I too was looking outside after 6 months of joining. I developed health issues in just 6 months due to overwork, and no amount of money can compare to health.
Rather than having slogans, please work on ground level to ensure work-life balance. This is especially important for newcomers, who may be subject to bias or afraid of retaliation for raising issues.
