There's lots of data (stores, ecommerce, DCs, etc.). It's a very big company, so there are lots of opportunities internally. There's a good bonus.

You will find really smart people at various levels. Lot of cultural changes happened after the Jet acquisition (in a good way).

Unlimited PTO, Friday lunch (not the best though), happy hours, etc.

Adoption of new technologies takes significant time compared to other companies nearby. This is due to their large scale and production impacts, hence learning/hands-on gets impacted.

Companies want to move at a greater pace but fail to realize that several underlying homegrown solutions/frameworks can't even scale.
