You should not do any work. Just do the slavery of seniors/leads all the time. Give smiles without any reason. Better place to work for women employees.

If you work hard or by mistake argue with a senior for any good reason, management will screw you up like anything.
Frequently, male employees feel tortured and finally quit the job, again with a false smile on their face.
It seems Walmart bribes every year to earn the number 1 title.
Do not do gender bias.
