Nothing good about this company.
The worst company I have ever worked for. The manager plays such cheap politics with the people who can actually work. After complaining about the manager to HR and higher management, no action is taken. Instead, they give you the worst rating, a 0% hike, and a 0% bonus. In some cases, they will try to put you on a PIP and then fire you. So, do not join this company. This company made my life hell.
Management never listens to their employees.
