This company absolutely sucks to work for.
Be prepared to be treated like an insect if you are a contractor. They will drop you on the last day of your contract after enthusiastically telling you two weeks prior that you are getting an extension, just because they didn't make a site traffic quota.
Most of you are useless and don't contribute anything of real value. You are laughably disorganized and constantly waste people's time by showing up late or not at all to meetings. I found your HR documents saying you want to hire SDE III skill level contractors as senior engineers too, which is dishonest, unfair, and greedy.
It would do you a huge service to start making teamwork and being helpful part of your company culture, too, because your engineering resources are just simply not interested in being helpful.
Oh, and your leadership structure is extremely top-heavy. You don't need to have a bunch of underlings to feel like a big shot. If you were really interested in being a quality manager, you would give more autonomy to the people doing the actual work and instead focus on growing their skills so they want to stay with your company.
Your turnover rate is pathetic, and it's your fault.
