Nice collaborative atmosphere, good location, chance to build stuff that really impacts people, and have projects copied by Amazon.
The tech stack is 5 years old. The spaghetti code was developed mostly by contractors no longer with the company. There are no engineering discussions to drive mobile projects.
You do have smart FTEs...throw out the aging stack and build a new app from scratch.
