Pros

May be salary, food, and a few more benefits.

Good for anyone coming from govt/service-based companies. They will be more than happy.

Cons
  1. Almost all teams are doing support work, handling calls, running scripts, and checking logs, with sleepless nights and weekends.

  2. Product/software developed in other countries long back is obsolete now and needs a revamp. Other countries' folks are doing new stuff; the work was shifted to India for cost cutting.

  3. Early mornings, late evenings, and weekends involve giving status calls about logs, scripts, issues, and defects to other countries' folks. There is no decision-making power in India.

  4. It will make your personal life hell.

Advice to Management
  1. Have some direction for India teams.
  2. With salary, you can make Tier-1 companies' alumni join WM, but it's difficult for them to stay.
  3. At least have different teams for handling customer issues, i.e., order is not downloading, booking, etc., or outsource it. Let the developers focus on design, architecture, and coding.
