Good perks, but many are being removed.
Pantry options are reduced.
Cafeteria food is very bad.
Too much pressure to deliver in a very short time.
Not that tech-savvy, pretty crap design, and most are monolith systems.
Company is looking for cost-cutting in all forms.
NOT THE SAME company like it was 3 years back.
They expect people to work like Amazon but pay a little more than a service-based company. GLOBAL TECH SERVICES feels nothing less than a service-based company.
Feels like a startup where everything needs to be delivered within a day.
Stop getting more idiots from Amazon for leadership.
