Like to hire friends and family members with no technical backgrounds. The political battle is serious. Low diversity (because of the politics). No good talent.
The hiring process is ridiculous. We need more technical questions in the interview, instead of hiring friends and family members. Please increase the diversity. Do not hire people who like to do politics but not coding.
