I kinda liked the Flex Time off, but our holiday is optional, meaning that you have to sort of ask for the holiday times off yourself.
There is no diversity and a lot of office politics. If you’re not Indian, you’ll be treated very differently. From my personal experience working there, my Indian colleagues—who are one or two levels above you—would frequently ask you to do their work for them and then claim the credit. They always used excuses, such as having appointments or migraines.
Overall, I think it depends on the team and manager you get, but I just didn’t have a good experience during my time there. The pay is also not great enough to outweigh these cons.
If you’re an Indian manager, please treat everyone equally. Speak English if you have non-Indian employees around you, so then we will feel more inclusive.

There was a HackerRank challenge, followed by an interview where you had 24 hours to code a solution to a problem. They will ask you to define and expand on the problem during the following interview.
The interview process involved several rounds. I started with a phone screen, then was invited for on-site interviews. It was a good experience, and everyone was polite. The interviews included a lot of whiteboarding and optimization questions.
