Walmart

Free food, free transportation. Salary is decent.

I was about a year in at Walmart. Most horrible company culture I have witnessed. Extremely horrible and arrogant manager.

1. Manager only appreciates bootlicking. The more you lick, the more your life is easy.
2. Manager doesn't have any skill. He was there in the company for 7 years, did bootlicking, and became manager.
3. He spies on people he doesn't like. He likes to showcase his power by bullying them and making their lives miserable.
4. Only monitor graphs and do support work.
5. Manager is too immature, full-time makes fun of others.
6. Extreme level of politics. They have talent to suck all the positive energy from the talented people just to satisfy and boost their ego. If you will not bootlick, they mock at you, demean you, and do what not to force you to leave this toxic culture.

PS: This doesn't even deserve 1 rating, but we don't have an option for 0 or negative.
