Very good work-life balance.
Fewer opportunities for good work.
Initial Coding Round: 1 hour (Basic Algorithms, Data Structures) Final Round: 1 System Design (1 hour), 1 Coding (1 hour), 1 Behavioral (30 minutes) System Design: Interviewer was knowledgeable. The discussion was interesting and thought-provoking.
Total time waste. I attended all the rounds, and HR was pending. After a week, I got a call from Walmart stating the position went on hold. I don’t think HR at Walmart are aware of what they are doing. They totally wasted my time.
Expect a minimum of three rounds of interviews. These would probably spread over: * An introductory phone call * Technical phone screen sessions (which may be one or more) * A day-long onsite interview
