Took a turn for the worse the last few months
Good teammates, projects, and pay structure.
- NO PARKING ON CAMPUS!!
They expect employees to find public/street parking nearby and walk almost a mile to reach work. The way we found out was by parking tickets; no internal communication was provided about the new rules. What kind of workplace is that?

DELIBERATE DELAY IN INTERNAL GREEN CARD application process by immigration team. Every little thing (wage determination, ETA filing, etc.) takes almost triple the time it used to take a year ago.

ANNOUNCING REMOVAL OF INTERNAL FEEDBACK FORUM with very little notice. Multiple people have expressed support against the removal, as no alternate channel was provided.

A few other cons include:
- No 401k match/orthodontic coverage in the first year.
- Sub-standard free Friday lunch.
- Only 6 holidays per year (only 5 since most work on Thanksgiving).
- Horrible middle management.
