I applied to their Cloud Engineering position through their website and was very excited for this role.
A couple of days later, their Technical Sourcer emailed me about setting up an interview through Zoom. We set up a day and time for the Zoom interview.
When it was time for the Zoom interview, I was the only one there. Then I got an email about rescheduling because something came up last minute for her. I didn't hear from that person again.
Four days later, another person from Warner Bros reached out. It was their Senior Recruiter or Team Lead asking for a phone screening. I responded back right away because I was still excited about the role and the company. I told her that another person reached out, but I never heard back from that person after the Zoom interview got rescheduled.
This person also didn't respond after my email. So, I sent a follow-up email a day after and still didn't get a response.
I'm highly disappointed by the people working here and the company itself because, to me, it's just a waste of time. If they want someone else or are already in the process of hiring someone, then just let people know instead of ghosting them.
I don't want to work with the company anymore because of this. I have other interviews lined up, and I can say they treat me with better respect than this one does.
I would like to schedule a 30-minute phone screen for today or tomorrow to further discuss.
