Process

First, there's a Hirevue. It's very easy, about 5-6 questions that are tailored to the job, so make sure you fully understand the job description. (For example, if you're interviewing for casting, they might ask you to name an upcoming actor that you'd love to cast, or something.) After that, about 2-4 weeks later, you would hear from the hiring manager to set up a 30-minute interview. Those are REALLY easy; they only ask 1-3 questions that are very straightforward. I would say it's just important to show personality at this point. If you made it this far, they know you can do the job.
