It was a great company until Discovery bought WarnerMedia
Quality Assurance Analyst • Former Employee
Budapest, Hungary

Pros: Great community, and overall it was a good company until Discovery came. There were frequent meetings and Q&As with management.
Cons: Before Discovery, WarnerMedia had a goal with HBO Max. It was great to be part of a team that created a quality product. However, after Discovery, management did not know what they wanted to do or what kind of product they wanted to proceed with. Management changed the goal every month, and we did not know what our day-to-day tasks were. At the daily meeting, we got different tasks every day, and we did not know what we were going to do next week or even the next day. There was no realistic planning from management.
