Recruiter call, telling me about the company. Said to ask about the role to the manager in the next round.
He frankly explained the job role and looked for what I had done that matched the role. Although I felt my compensation was above their budget, I still had another 4 rounds, where I felt I was giving free consultation to their current issues.
Finally rejected after 2 weeks with no reasoning. Totally took 4 weeks.
