Cons: WBD is trying too hard to cut costs.
Your team might get overworked, and they won't be able to hire new people to replace the ones who have left because they are trying to save money.

Pros: People at the company are very motivating. No one shied away from helping however they could. My manager was a super nice human being.
Cons: Salary can be much better.
